1) When can I download my admit card? |
Candidates can download their admit card from any of the official website of HPRCA 7 days before the scheduled CBT date and up to their examination date. |

2) When can I view the details of Exam city, date, shift etc.? |
Candidates can view their exam city, date and shift details when their admit card goes live before the scheduled CBT by logging into the candidate portal from the official website of HPRCA. |

3) What is the procedure to view my Exam city, date and shift? (मेरे परीक्षा शहर, तिथि और शिफ्ट को देखने की प्रक्रिया क्या है?) |
- Visit the official HPRCA website - Login to candidate portal - Enter your username and password - Once login, you will be able to view your admit card which contains exam city, date and shift details. (HPRCA की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएँ, उम्मीदवार पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करें, अपना उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड दर्ज करें, लॉग इन करने के बाद, आप अपना एडमिट कार्ड देख पाएँगे जिसमें परीक्षा शहर, तिथि और शिफ्ट की जानकारी होगी।) |

Change of exam date/city/shift is NOT permissible. No request for Change of exam date/city/shift will be entertained under any circumstances. (परीक्षा तिथि/शहर/शिफ्ट में परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं है। किसी भी परिस्थिति में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।) |

5) Where can I view the mock test link? |
The mock test link will be provided on the official website of HPRCA. |

6) In how many languages can a candidate attend the exam? |
The Candidates can view the Question paper in both English and Hindi languages anytime during the exam by clicking on view button. However, the default language of the exam will be as what candidate has selected on the disclaimer page. |

7) Is there any negative marking? If yes, then how many marks will get deducted? |
There is no negative marking for incorrect answer. |

8) How many shifts per day? |
Shift/Examination information will be given in your admit card. |

9) What would be the exam timings? (परीक्षा का समय क्या होगा?) |

13) What is the syllabus for the CBT? |
Please visit the official website of HPRCA. In the right side under section "Latest" & "Downloads", the syllabus for the CBT is provided. |

Yes, Biometric attendance will be taken during exam. |

10) What documents are required to be brought to the test center for verification? (सत्यापन के लिए परीक्षा केंद्र में कौन से दस्तावेज लाने होंगे ?) |
At least two original and valid photo identification card (i.e. not photocopied or scanned or expired) such as Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN card, or Passport must be presented failing which he/she will not be permitted in the exam. Photocopy of the ID proof will not be allowed. |

11) What items are banned within the exam premises? |
Banned items/electronic gadgets such as Mobile phones, watches, calculators, books, pens, paper, metallic coins, belts, bracelets, handbags, caps, and any valuable belongings etc. are not permitted inside the examination hall. Only admit card and Photo ID card in original will be allowed. Candidates should not apply Henna on their hands/Feet as this obstructs the capture of Biometrics. |

12) Will rough sheets / pen be provided in the exam? (क्या परीक्षा में रफ शीट/पेन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा ?) |
Rough sheets / pen would be provided by the invigilator at the examination center. All the rough sheets and pens used should be handed over to the invigilator on completion of exam. |

Candidates are requested to kindly keep checking the official website of HPRCA after the exam for the Objection window live date. |

17) What is the fee for raising objection for a question of the exam? |
₹ 200 per objection raised. |

Please retry after some time preferably during non-peak hours. The time taken to access the page depends upon factors like Internet speed and number of applicants registering their applications at the same time. It is a good practice not to wait for the last day or hours. |
